WTP need one new word to save our USA, “Statism.” Statism is WTP‘s first founding Principle; it is a Law of Nature, which WTP can see is true. Statism is not a difficult concept, it is not a radical concept, and it is the starting point of WePEG1787.

FL and SD are exceptionally well run for Social Liberty, Justice, and Prosperity for All their citizens, yet no other states look at what works for them and learn from it. There is hardly any sharing of success. Why? Political Factions.

Statism is critically essential because somewhere in fifty independent semi-sovereign states, someone will always find the best practice (Principle) for every issue our government faces. Political factions prevent best practices from spreading as they would if following the Laws of Nature.

Liberty Civics is the answer for WTP to override the political factions and turn BLUE and RED states into Social Liberty, Justice, and Prosperity for All states. Statism is also what our Founders created. WTP need the word Statism to move our USA back to our founding: state sovereignty over WTP‘s individual lives within the confines of our DOI/COTUS.

Unfortunately, scholars and pundits call it Federalism. Few WTP today know what Federalism means or where it came from, and our first reaction to it is the opposite of what it means. That made sense at the time because the colonies were moving from thirteen sovereign States to a federal union of semi-sovereign states.

Today, WTP are moving from a union of one State, our Federal Government, back to fifty individual states where WTP live and work. Britannica says, “Federalism is a mode of political organization that unites separate states or other polities within an overarching political system in a way that allows each to maintain its integrity.”

Webster says, “Federalism is the distribution of power in an organization (such as a government) between a central authority and the constituent units. Under our system of Federalism, states bear the primary responsibility for defining and controlling criminal behavior.“

Does anyone believe the Virginia Colony could have defeated the British Empire by itself? Of course not. Thirteen sovereign nations joined to secure their security against a foreign enemy and succeeded. Then they asked, “ok, what do we do now?” They answered, “We are not giving up our sovereignty; there is no federal power over WTP’s lives.”

WTP‘s Bill of Rights was the protection demanded by the thirteen colonies. It was a condition of the sovereign colonies’ ratification of our DOI/COTUS. Without the Bill of Rights, there would be no USA.

Our presentation frequently mentions our DOI and COTUS being inseparable because without our DOI first, the holder of our Social Liberty, Justice, and Prosperity for All, the COTUS is a contract like any other, a toy between lawyers crafting their desired meanings.

Our DOI/COTUS only has one purpose: Social Liberty, Justice, and Prosperity for All. Nothing except specific enumerated powers for our federal government exists in our DOI/COTUS. Our DOI, coupled with our COTUS, prohibits our federal government from touching WTP‘s individual lives. When our DOI and COTUS are separated, the judges and lawyers take over, and our COTUS gets parsed into oblivion.

Progressives force everything into our courts that they cannot get from WTP, and our SCOTUS ratifies much too often. Everything today rides on our SCOTUS’s “constitutional or un-constitutional” decision. However, our SCOTUS ignores our DOI and needs to pay more attention to its foundation of Social Liberty, Justice, and Prosperity for All when making progressive decisions.

Today, three SCOTUS justices reject our DOI/COTUS. They take an oath to defend it but believe they are the new COTUS. And most Red Faction senators called them competent to serve. Statism is not rocket surgery; it is our founding Principle. No nation in the world is like our USA, or Progressives would have conquered our USA years ago.

The one thing every totalitarian regime has that our USA does not have yet is a national military police force to control WTP. Progressives have established everything a totalitarian regime needs except the national police force, but every federal police force has weaponized itself against WTP, including our Capital Police.
